    The quality of the jacket was great. Condition was new as advertised. My wife saw this jacket 2 years ago at a Northface store but didn’t have her size. She was ecstatic to find it on eBay.     Skates were advertised as brand new but are clearly seconds, they have numerous flaws. Sellier said these were from shipping but that's not possible considering the flaws and how they were packed. Seller did offer a full refund but I couldn't get another in my size so wanted to keep them. I asked for a partial refund due to the flaws but seller refused. Buyer beware. Ask for close up photos and description of any flaws before purchasing from this seller.

    The buyer seems to misunderstand the natural characteristics of suede, which can exhibit slight color variations as noted by the manufacturer. A full refund was offered upon return of the item, but the buyer has instead requested to keep the item while still receiving a refund. The offer to return the item for a refund remains in place.
