To fix this fault: removed the bolt, reinsert and tightened bolt slightly, then loosen (ensuring the threads weren’t damaged), and repeat this several times. This clears the sealant blocking the threads, allowing the bolt to go deeper into the handle and hold the handle securely. If it loosens again, I’ll use Loctite on the threads. ehardware1 provided no help.
