    My Clarks boots arrived in an oversized box with no wrapping or protection of any kind, and were badly scratched & damaged as a result. The seller did not respond to my message, until I asked Ebay to help. The seller said she was not required to wrap her items? Bad customer service or care for the items being sold, for certain. I accepted an offer to be refunded for the shipping, only after she was contacted by Ebay to do so. Will not purchase from this seller again.
