Trued to con me by using the same tracking number to manipulate the case I opened. Then the one box I did receive, 8 had handles smashed off and the few that remained, all the sub paper stuck to the mugs (it hadn't for other mugs, and tried hot & cold peel). Another nearly 2 weeks it has taken to get a refund after various delay tactics.
