      Was advised item could be expected to be delivered by July 18 so didn’t investigate tracking info until closer to this date, when I discovered it had been despatched and soon afterwards returned to vendor because package damaged. Vendor did not advise me of this or re-despatch until I queried this. Subsequently received apology and offer of refund or that the item be re-sent. Opted for the latter and am awaiting it’s arrival, when I hope I will be able to submit positive feedback.
