    Item as described. The seller sent the item promptly and it came quickly in good condition. It is exactly what I needed. I tested it out in an outdoor setting which allowed me to find out that the transmission went several feet so long as the person holding the transmitter clipped to their clothing faced the direction of the receiver. I have not tested in a restaurant setting but the indications are good
