- t***_ (344)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseSamsung A40, arrived a day after expected delivery, a bit disappointing as posted by seller at the end of the next day so was always gonna be late. Phone ok, a few small scratches to the back of the case but OK. Upto now seems to work OK, it's been a week and battery is doing OK, obviously can't comment on future performance but hopeful all will be well. Paid a reasonable price so reasonably happy with this purchase up to now.

Altho' the phone arrived safely it was not particularly well packaged (it came Royal Mail & they are not the most gentle of delivery options!) - so one star dropped - the phone was in a small bubble-wrap pouch & a thinly padded envelope. A small box with bubble wrap would have been a much better option. Phone seems to work well so far & came with 55% battery charge. Happy with phone.

The screen is scratched in several places, and it's clearly a well used phone. It was shipped in a jiffy bag with a single layer of additional bubble wrapped. Zero customer service - basically told that I can go fish for any sort of partial refund, knowing that sending it back is going to cost me time and effort that really isn't worth it over £20.
