I had no response from them. The product seems to be just like expanding foam but with a much greater price tag. The foam takes a while to expand so you need to hold posts in position with wooden stays, which means they can go off plumb easily. I used double the amount recommended and yet it was still crap, very unstable. JUST USE CONCRETE OR POST FIX!
