This is the version that allows the ladder to be stored vertically next to the wall ("tensible" upper brackets), and that has brakes on the bottom wheels. I ordered it with a full 8 feet of track. I haven't installed it yet but it looks to be well made. The seller had great communication, excellent packing, and crazy fast (ordered on 4/03, received on 4/06) *free* shipping.
