    Advertised as new. Clearly wasn't. The seller has said that the item was returned in a condition that it was not sent in and asked ebay to review. I was refunded. There was confusion about the return too as I paid to return it and didn't use the prepaid label. Any communication I had was misunderstood by the seller, I felt deliberately. To summarise, I was sent a used battery when told it was new and then the seller wriggled to try to get out of refunding. Shame there are these types on ebay.

    hello u didnt send me battery back u send us only blank envelope still we refunded u we report this transaction in ebay as well becoz we loss the money plus, return label cost plus our product (battery) and u put negative feedback

    Decent phone with good memory and battery life, easy to use, great value for money. always a big Samsung fan

    Great phone, good memory with 128gb, plus 4gb ram, would have rated this phone 5stars had this had 6gb ram. Cameras are very decent and easy to use. Sometimes when turning the phone on its side to read text, the screen remains in portrait mode. But overhaul a good mobile with a decent battery that's quick charging.

    Good value for money

    Its really nice phone. Battery life is about 2 days which us already better than my old sony xperia z2. Camera is amazing even with low light mode. Its lacking NFC and someone might find the size is too long but considering its quite thin it fits the pockets just fine. Good value for money as it also fast enough
