The best performance out of any blacklight product is 365nm especially invisible pigments like these that are "activated"

Pros: Does what it says. Cons: Didn't like it for gun sights. Good for night and only at night. Bought glow in the dark at Hobby Lobby, cheaper, goes on green and stays green.
