Whilst I purchased 2 different sets of badges they were shipped in the same very small and light envelope - however, I was consciously charged for 2 separate deliveries. I use recyclable bubble pouches for smaller items. These are eco friendly and stop items getting damaged. It still not clear if this buyer had an issue at checkout or had some strange issue with the weight of the envelope¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but messaged stating that they would leave negative feedback unless they got a refund! I entered into convo with them, they never responded & have now used my pics for their own listing!
