    Mum says they work

    I bought them for my mum, who has an overactive bladder. I didn't want to get cranberry stuff because I've read that can make things worse. Anyway, mum, who isn't easily pleased, says these work and she needs the loo less during the day.

    Too many side effects

    Too many side effects (bad dreams, ‘brain shocks’, drowsiness etc) and didn’t address frequent urination. Might work for others but made things worse for me.
