I was charged an additional transaction fee from FedEx for what I believe was the VAT tax. He did state in the listing the buyer is supposed to pay for this. Every eBay transaction we have made we have never received an additional charge from the shipping company. David the seller told me he would refund this charge via email. He never honored that refund!!!
