However, I then learned that 'standard' cartridges like this Primus one have a screw thread connector, whereas my Campingaz stove has a push and twist connector. I never knew this! I learned that the Primus screw thread connector is what is considered a 'normal' fitting. Apparently the push and twist connector is only a Campingaz thing. I'm sure everyone else already knows this but just in case you didn't .... !! I will now buy a compatible stove for my Primus gas!
