Royal Mail then reported the parcel as delivered when it hadn’t ,we looked everywhere just to check and gave them 2 extra days to deliver. I complained to Royal Mail and informed the seller, they couldn’t have been more helpful, even sending a picture of the receipt for posting in case I needed to claim. Thankfully it was finally delivered, 4 days after RM said it had been. The bear was v well packaged, in ex cond.
