It arrived leaking oil and with the control switch bent. Not the carriers fault but really poor packing - damage was inevitable. I used everything I had in the home including three boxes and bubble wrap to secure the machine. I taped everything up so it wouldn't move and wrote Fragile all over the box. I even spoke to the courier who collected it and stressed that it must be kept upright and how fragile it was so I did all I could. I won't swayed from 'collection only' again!
