      The seller is extremely understanding, as there was trouble with the package not being delivered, even though it was sent. When I told then this, they offered a full refund and even offered to try to find another adapter. Even though the package got lost, it was still a great experience communicating with the seller, and they did infact give me a full refund, even though this was in no way their fault.
