    What was delivered was NOT what is was shown . The deliver item is similar, but not it. What was shown for sale is creamy white in color ;the delivered item is dark beige—. NOT the same. Also -not the same-similar style but a different coat. While wear is expected for pre owned- a big hole in the back -which is NOT disclosed or illustrated in the photos . I communicated with the seller as to size. I was assured it was a size 12 ( USA sizing ). It is not. A BAIT AND SWITCH .
