    Nightmare seller – untrustworthy. Seller described gas hob as “brand new”. Hardly brand new when it arrived. Manufacturer’s pack missing including fitting instructions, fixing brackets, sealing gasket, template, etc. Worse, this so-called “brand new” hob had been previously fitted with marks consistent with use. Despite considerable cost and inconvenience to buyer (me) no contrition from this seller. He continues to claim the item was brand new even though it clearly wasn’t. Bizarre. Avoid.
