The delivery which was Amazon shipping was a total mess as Amazon refused to give me the parcel without a passcode which I didn't have. Then same the next day - they showed me the parcel - but without a passcode wont give it to me. The 3rd time a staffer at UK Products 4ME helped and texted me the code and deliver slot..... UK Products 4ME need to sort this out. There is a lack of joined up thinking here !!
