    Jules Verne's incredible vision brought to life

    This film started my obsession with the sea which is still with me 65 years later. Disney strayed away from Jules Verne's original novel but the result can stand upto scrutiny even today. Simply amazing

    Blast from the past

    Bought this item for my grandkids and put it in the player to watch it with them. I was totally engrossed in it but when I turned round they were on their I-Pads. How times change, nevertheless I enjoyed it after all these years and the picture quality was excellent. Good value for the money.

    Classic story well told

    Classic retelling of the famous Jules Verne story. Made in the days before CGI but still looking marvelous. The fight with the Giant Squid still looks very real and effective. Great adventure story well worth a look.
