Unfortunately the lamp has previously been damaged having 2 large pieces of glass missing from the base. These at some point have been ground back and dressed to remove sharp edges and blend in. The seller listed this item to not accept a return, however because the item is clearly not as described I have asked eBay to adjudicate. I have since noticed that this seller has received some poor feedback in the past.
