I tracked the shipping & went to collect it from a local courier - they didn't have my phone number so good job I did a bit of detective work! Anyway, currently my partner is trying to figure out the build instructions now. Only slight 'damage' to two of the fenders - small thumb size indents & a paint chip which was likely caused from being in the box so long. I can certainly recommend the overall quality of the tricycle.
