    Talks too much

    If Rodney Yee just spent less time talking in his mellifluous voice and spent more time just being quiet, this would actually be a meditative experience. As it stands, I feel like he's trying to lull me into some silly yogic trance. Would've recommend this product.

    Yoga

    This is a very good yoga/meditation DVD. I have several Rodney Yee videos. He is very easy to follow and has a nice soothing approach. One of my favorite teachers.
