    Great For Beginners

    This DVD has been very helpful. The instructor goes slowly and explains each pose thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this video to anyone who is trying yoga for the first time.

    Wonderfully Addictive

    I lost the VHS tape of this when my home was destroyed by the Camp Fire. Now, 15 months later, I am starting my life over and knew "Yoga for Beginners" needed to be part of my recovery. This is gentle yoga--great for older ladies like me. The pace is slow you can relax into the asanas. Directions are extremely clear and there are instructions to make asanas easier if necessary. Every time I followed this to the end my body felt absolutely wonderful. It is addictive--but good for you.

    Great for beginners wanting to learn yoga and the benefits from it. I enjoyed the booklet its instructions and the pictures. The poses show supporting devices to help achieve and maintain the poses. I also enjoyed the history behind yoga. An overall great DVD. Very very pleased.

    Beginners Yoga DVD

    I am enjoying this video very much. I try to work with it every other day. Have been doing it 2 weeks and feel a difference in my body and mind already. Love the background music and Ms Walden’s soothing voice. Highly recommend!
