    Seams to be working on more than just cramps!

    I got this to help with pain and cramps from my fibromyalgia, and it has done well, but reading up magnesium is needed for so many of the body's functions, I noticed improvements in many other minor problems, so many that my MD did blood work, and my Mg level has increased finally to normal and to stay on these, since they are real easy on the digestive tract.

    Good product but pricey

    This was a life saver when I first bought it about a year ago.. I had really bad cramps and it was the first thing that had ever helped me. Now all of a sudden little by little leg cramps are coming back. I wonder why. Now is a good time to buy magnesium over the counter for about a 1/3 of the price. My daughter-in- law takes the OTC and says it works for her.

    Good

    I was critically low in magnesium an I ordered cramp defense because I needed good quality magnesium that did not cause loose stools. cheap magnesium pill have 80% filler which cause side affects like itching an diarrhea. This my second order, an after a year of use I am at a normal level now. I take a pill 2 or 3 times a week now. I took one pill everyday for 3 months a year ago, then backed off an had a blood test it is OK now. darver10

    Product works great, no cramps.

    So far product is helping a lot with my leg cramps. I am a 67 year old man and play 18 holes of golf about 4 times a week. 2 pills a day works great so far. I take one pill in the morning and one before going to bed. I have had a couple of near cramps but the muscles relaxed before going into a full bone jarring cramp. I have not had any side effects either.

    Cramp Defense works

    I was having terrible foot and ankle cramps when I would go to bed, I seen cramp defense advertised I ordered some and it stopped them if I forget to take it I have the foot cramps again. I ordered my second bottle. I told a friend of mine that was having the same problem,she ordered some and it stopped hers also.
