You: -
(a) Agree to purchase the unit for the price shown. Any special requirements agreed should be noted on the order form.
(b) Confirm that there is no problem with access to your site. In the event that the driver is unable to offload the unit without damage occurring, the driver will offload the unit at the nearest point.
All units remain the property of Sunrise Holiday Homes Ltd. until payment is received in full. The risk of loss or damage to the unit(s) will pass to the buyer upon delivery.
Delivery time: -
We will endeavour to adhere to the delivery date/ time agreed. However all delivery dates & times quoted are subject to change, only due to unforeseen events and Sunrise Holiday Homes will not accept any liability for loss suffered by delay of delivery.
Any access issues should be discussed and noted at the point of order. We will not be held responsible for any damages due to the buyer’s access. If no delivery date is agreed by the customer within 4 weeks of ordering the caravan, then the company has the right to cancel the order and the customer will forfeit the deposit.
Gas & Electric tests: -
Sunrise Holiday Homes will not accept any responsibility for gas & electrical faults if the appliances have not been tested and certificated. Sunrise Holiday Homes Ltd. Does not carry out on-site testing of gas and/ or electrical appliances; it is a legal requirement that only a fully qualified engineer may test/ connect these appliances. Unless specified; this must be arranged by the customer at their own expense.
In the event that an engineer discovers an issue that means he is unable to certificate as a direct result of mechanical failure within the delivered product, Sunrise Holiday Homes agrees to rectify such faults. We must be notified within 2 weeks of delivery of any faults, we then must be given the option to repair the fault, or approve a local repair fee.
Sunrise Holiday Homes will not be liable for any damages or loss caused as a result of incorrect usage, handling or installation by the customer or any other party.
Excluding gas & electrical faults - any other claim relating to damage or defects should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Sunrise Holiday Homes must be given an immediate opportunity to inspect and/ or repair the fault(s).
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
