Having run out of spare CFLs I had lamp holders which didn’t switch on. Now I am pleased to have bought a box of dimmable LED replacements which fit the existing ceiling holders and will last many years. I have just replaced the stopped-working-CFLs. An alternate mix of CFL and LED looks good and can be dimmed.
