Forthe first time I used a cheapo cordless HVLP sprayer and it went on well, minimum mess. It's got a texture like light cooking oil and very easy to apply. Can't testify as to its longevity but everything so far is looking good. It's clear, doesn't darken the wood and soaks in very well.

Would recommend this product and certainly buy again when required. Cheaper than all the other fence treatments and will not chip or require any further treatment for at least a couple of years due to soaking into the timber instead of sitting on top and flaking off. Also has UV treatment.

Note of you but this and are using a fence sprayer - you will benefit greatly from diluting with mineral spirit to ratio of 30% Spirit and 70% Oil. It will flow much better through your sprayer. Good coverage. Takes a bit longer to dry than say ronseal or barrentyne oil however this is super price and excellent value for money for a good quality oil. Will buy again for sure.
