Anytime I reached out they were very responsive and checked with Bassani for ETA. It took 7 weeks roughly to get the exhaust. It showed up last night finally, opened it up and it was missing clamps right out of the box. Bassani needs to include the required 6 clamps. NOT just 4. If you get this exhaust order two 2.5 clamps from Amazon before hand.
