      It was not "New with Tags". The maker's label and "New with Tags" are not the same thing. Other ties I have bought on eBay were posted at a cost of £1.50 or £1.65, so the postage at £3.25 was a bit excessive, But it was well protected on its journey by being stuck to cardboard with sticky tape. I appreciated the effort, but putting sticky tape on a polyester tie is not a good idea.
