    The batteries I received were new and still in their original packaging, but due to their age, they had swollen to the point that they were unusable. Thankfully, the seller was very curteous and quickly refunded my the full amount for my purchase after realizing that they were damaged. While it was an inconvenience that the batteries were damaged from age, I hugely appreciated the seller's honesty and professionalism.
