Great item, as described, prompt shipping, well packed. Mostly satisfied. Somewhat frustrated they originally only listed one certificate for sale, and noted it as "Scarce" witch I would agree with. After winning the auction with a premium price paid for a truly "Scarce" item, the next day they drop 10 more listings for the same title, undercutting the value of the first one I purchased, all of a sudden making it not so scarce. Not the best practice to encourage repeat customers. Fool me once...

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your frustration. In all honesty, we weren’t aware of the multiple certificates until we fully cataloged the small collection we had. I apologize that this transaction has left a sour taste; it certainly wasn’t intentional. Please accept our sincerest apologies.
