It doesn't fold up for easy storage, so is best suited for use where it can be a semi permenant feature of the door frame. Of course, the door will not close with this in place. The main pull up positions are excellent, with the angles being comfortable for the recruiting the coffect back muscles. Assembly was straight forward. It can support additional weight, such as from a belt but does begin to flex above 100kg. Check the door width fits!
