After several attempts I rang Arnold Clark direct on Friday. They were aware of the situation and offered refund or to replace the oil. I accepted the replace option which arrived Sat morning less than 24hrs from our telephone conversation An excellent company to deal with good price and service. Very appreciated. Thank you
