    Very smart addition to our garden

    This shed looks, clean and bright and very smart and modern. I will warm you, whilst the instructions for assembly are easy to follow, it did take us two hours to put it together. So do allow plenty of time, an electric screwdriver/ drill for all those screws and two people are definitely needed. Very happy with this shed and it looks fabulous in our garden.

    Okay, but

    Purchased to fit in a small space so a tick for that. However all of the screws used to assemble the shed are on the outside including the door lock and hinges. These could easily be unscrewed and the shed broken into so not suitable for storing anything valuable. Screws need to be of a security type soupy at least need a special tool to fit or remove.

    Keter 4 x 6 shed

    This shed is great once it’s up but isn’t easy to put together. Every step of the way has to be measured properly or it will cause you problems later down the line. I screwed the floor, roof and door together in my house because of the weather. Then I erected it on the foundation outside when weather was better. The roof was very difficult to get on. I resorted to taking the roof apart and changed some of the fittings around and this seemed to make it easier to fix on to the walls in the end. I actually managed to do it all on my own but in hindsight another person may have helped with the roof fitting. If you aren’t experienced using a drill or electric screwdriver I wouldn’t attempt it as there are hundreds of screws. It seems strong once up though and watertight.

    Lightweight and great features

    The instructions were brilliant, easy to follow, just make sure you have a power driver because there is a huge amount of screws to fit but the assembly is straight forward, the only difficult bit was fitting the roof, I built this shed on my own but i recommend two people. The finished product is a good solid shed that also looks good.

    Looks good. Difficult to build

    Shed looks great once completed. We struggled to get the roof on with 3 of us. Ended up having to take 2 corner parts off to enable us to get it on. Bag of screws missing for around the door frame, which I’m waiting on From Keter. It is sturdy. I have bought shelving units for inside to make the most of the space. You’ll definitely need an electric screwdriver, a good one, to get the screws in, there are a lot!
