      excellent taste as a toast topper or added to a recipe.

      first tried this honey in 2008 on a holiday to Tasmania and is the only one my wife and I will now purchase. I know individual tastes differ but we ate very little honey till then. Add the fact it is all Australian (an important fact with our food purchases) makes it that much better.
