    So I brought this bike for my daughter for Xmas she went on it 10mins Xmas then Friday while on it Friday she was riding and the handlebar plate snapped and sent her flying off it so I contacted the seller for them to offer replacement plate but that’s not good enough what if it happens again as clearly there cheaply made I want to return for a refund but they r sayin no absolutely shocking if u ask me STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS SELLER Now I’m stuck with a bike that’s no good and out of pocket

    Dear buyer, we are not sure how correctly you used the bike and followed all the instructions. You contacted us that the handlebar holder broke, because your product is under warranty, we immediately offered you spare parts for replacement for free, it will take about 2 minutes to replace this part. If the bike is used correctly (the child is of the correct age and weight for this product), this cannot happen. We are also happy to take the bike from you and make the replacement ourselves
