    It’s ok

    It’s badass cooks thick man sized steaks perfectly. No instructions needed for operations pretty simple controls for use. No timer but who doesn’t have one in the digital age. Bluetooth compatibility and ziplock bags can be used with amazing results! Good stuff highly recommend it!

    I purchased and received the 900-watt Anova Culinary A3.2-120V-US Sous Vide unit. That same day I cooked an Italian beef roast for 24 hours in a water bath. It turned out tender, juicy and perfect! I adapted Jeff Mauro's recipe from the Food Network website. Since then, I have successfully cooked two pork roasts (turned them into pulled pork) and some amazing sous vide New York steaks. If you don't have one of these in your kitchen, get one! This is the same model that was shown on one of the latest Good Eats: The Return episodes "Immersion Therapy" with Alton Brown. I use a 22-quart Tramontina stock pot filled with about 4 gallons of water (you can use one of those square, plastic tubs, too) covered with an Everie silicone lid.     Chef's easy to use no bell and whistles just set and cook.

    This is my second unit Anova-Culinary-Sous-Vide-Precision-Cooker-Bluetooth-Immersion-Circulator-US-CAN. As a Professional Chef I am hard on equipment and these units last. As for my first unit I lent it out and never got it back.It is a great unit straight foward to use fill your water line plug-it in dial your temp and go.
