    Fragile vintage box arrived crushed in an unpadded envelope. Seller immediately offered a refund, but their response was blunt & unapologetic. The watch itself was OK so I suggested a small partial refund instead as a compromise. Obviously theyre not obliged to agree to that, but they said they couldnt because the item was "underpriced." I wouldn't have minded if they'd shown any care at all, but it just seems like they had sellers remorse and wanted the "underpriced" item back. Poor experience
