Initial delivery was cancelled by the courier, but when it arrived it was well packaged. The only thing missing was the instruction manual but that's not an issue as it is easily available on line. I recommend this seller!

The only downside I would mention is that although it was advertised as opened-never used is that both the subwoofer power cord and original hdmi cable weren’t in the box, luckily I have plenty of spares.

I see this is the 2023 model over the 2021 model which is a bonus! Delivery was insanely quick and it literally arrived the next morning. A+
