    NOT AS DESCRIBED: The heater was not as described. A different heater, same model but less good, (dirtier, rusty, shorter cord, dented corner, and loose back) was sent to the one in the photos. COMMUNICATION: When presented with the evidence, the seller tried to deny it. I am disappointed with the tone of the communication from the seller. PACKAGING: Very messy sellotape plus broken bits of polystyrene . POSTAGE: The postage charge was reasonable. VALUE: OK if correct heater was sent.
