No longer available but was able to purchase this still brand new special shaker bottle (exactly as described) for a great price. Shipped fast and was very well bubble packed. Shipping cost was a little higher than I would have liked for such a small, light item (definitely not the sellers fault) but that is the cost of getting it fast and is a USPS thing.
