    Arrived very quickly and exactly as described. Ideally, this shouldn't be used with replaceable pallets, but as I couldn't source the correct system, I tried this and proceeded with extreme caution, protecting the racquet shaft from heat overspill with cardboard (plus my fingers to monitor the shaft heat level!). It worked perfectly, with a close fit to the butt cap and only a very small width of material requiring to be trimmed at the shaft end ( 1g in weight from the 17g sleeve as supplied).
