I ordered this for my daughter and I, to go with other Hairfix products ordered direct from the company. This is shown as step 3 (discontinued line) There is no explanation as to what the 2 previous steps are, so I just used on ends of my hair as a conditioner after shampooing and massaged through. I have only used it once and my shoulder length hair was soft and noticeably thicker.
