    VFM product, works fine, leak halted

    The product worked great, it does what it is supposed to do - leak in the tap has gone. Once installed, the movement of the tap is a little rigid compared to other similar products purchased, but nothing to be dissatisfied about. Would definitely purchase again and recommend to others.

    Franke Burn failed within a 1yr

    Bought this item thinking ot would resolve my dripping tap on my Franke Burn tap but less than 1yr on the tap has started to drip. The ceramic discs and rubber seal failed due to the poor quality. Bought another item from another supplier whos product was of better quality.
