I sent a query and it was answered within a few hours. The description said "Box opened but unused" so I was concerned that some bits might be missing or it might have some scratches but decided to risk it. The package arrived two days later and the way it was packaged it didn't even look like it had been opened before. Everything was there in perfect condition.
