You contacted us that the handlebar holder broke, because your product is under warranty, we immediately offered you spare parts for replacement for free, it will take about 2 minutes to replace this part. If the bike is used correctly (the child is of the correct age and weight for this product), this cannot happen. We are also happy to take the bike from you and make the replacement ourselves
