Easy peasy to put together - I'm a 65 year old lady and had no issues, just make sure you establish which is top and bottom on the legs before you start. Sturdy. Functional. My husband has size 12 feet and they fit perfectly well. Will take 6 pairs of shoes if you leave the top free to sit on, which I intend to
